23.July.2015
From 23rd till 26th July 2015 in Vilnius and Raseiniai, Lithuania the Forum of Young Professionals – EuropeLab 2015 was organised by EU-Russia Civil Society Forum. During the meeting more than 80 people from: Belgium, Belarus, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Russia, Slovenia, Sweden and Ukraine took part in four thematic workshops: historical, visa and migration, urban planning and corruption. Our representative – Wojtek Frydrych, was present at historical group. The main goal was to deal with conflicts of perception and remembrance.
There is still a lot of people from Russia who are willing to talk and are open for dialogue – even on difficult topics. I believe that we are prisoners of propaganda war from both sides and we do not see this group, which is a key to Russian modernisation – says Wojtek.
We do hope that meetings like that will help us to make our network stronger and to develop our association’s offer.
