Whilst Poles are already thinking about witer jackets, gloves and scarfs, 6 of us went to sunny Sicilly and catch a little bit of sunshine on our pale skins. Youth exchange, organised by Associazione Uniamoci Onlus in which we participated covered topics of ecological awareness. During the youth exchange except from classical buildings, majestic hilly landscape and beautiful beaches we have seen the problems of dirty streets in Palermo, got to know how are they trying to manage with it and share best practices from our countries. We also managed to conduct two street actions: cleaning and flashmob and we met with people to whom nature is always on the first place and who know that the biggest danger on Sicilly is not an active Etna, but the human being themselves. What is worth mentioning – Uniamoci Onlus is an organisation, which work with disabled people on everyday basis. They participated together with us during this youth exchange, which for many of us was a new and very precious experience.
